If you create a BlissLights customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
BlissLights respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please email email@example.com.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from BlissLights are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All products, excluding professional products, returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund of the product price less any applicable restocking fees. This excludes BL 15 and BL 50 products which can ONLY be returned within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund of the product price less any applicable restocking fees or can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Products returned must be approved by a representative at BlissLights and must include a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Any products returned without a valid RMA# will be refused and returned to sender and BlissLights will not be responsible to any incurred shipping costs. For ALL products, shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be returned regardless of date of purchase for refunds. Select BlissLights products include a 1 year manufacturer warranty. To determine if your BlissLights product(s) are defective, please contact our support team at: email@example.com.
BlissLights products that are returned and deemed defective that are under our manufacturer warranty, and are being exchanged for a replacement are subject to receive a free return shipping label along with their RMA#. Products that are returned for a refund do not qualify for free return shipping. Refunds are only available to purchases made directly from BlissLights and not from resellers.
