BlissLights can now take orders via website for Canadian customers. Customers are required to pay for customs and duties. For more information on placing an order internationally, please contact 888-868-4603, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All products are securely packaged prior to leaving our facility. Each box is insured to its full value and a signature is required upon delivery. All shipping charges are non refundable.
Our standard carrier (FedEx) cannot ship any order to a PO Box. A physical address is required for the shipping address. However, your billing address can be a PO Box.
Payment is due upon placing an order. Order processing will not begin until valid payment is received. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email or phone call notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.

Official BlissLights products are covered by a full 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee which includes a 30 day return and exchange guarantee along with a full 1 year manufacturer direct warranty.
Returns and Support
All products, excluding professional products, returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund of the product price less any applicable restocking fees. This excludes Bl 15 and Bl 50 products which can ONLY be returned within 48 hours of purchase and can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Products returned must be approved by a representative at BlissLights and must include a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Any products returned without a valid RMA# will be refused and returned to sender and BlissLights will not be responsible to any incurred shipping costs. For ALL products, shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be returned regardless of date of purchase for refunds.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS which are lost/damaged in transit are non-refundable.

NOTE: We can not make any money back returns for purchases from authorized dealers or resellers. Please contact the reseller you purchased your product from. Additionally, shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.
BlissLights accepts returns for a refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment for non-professional items and returns for refunds within 48 hours of receipt of shipment for professional products. All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Upon receipt of a return, a BlissLights technician will examine the product to evaluate the cause of the defect and a refund will be issued accordingly.
Select BlissLights products include a 1 year manufacturer warranty. To determine if your BlissLights product(s) are defective, please contact our support team at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
BlissLights products that are returned and deemed defective that are under our manufacturer warranty, and are being exchanged for a replacement are subject to receive a free return shipping label along with their RMA#. Products that are returned for a refund do not qualify for free return shipping. Refunds only available to purchases made directly to BlissLights and not for resellers.
